Mall Walkers Club

Walk your way to better health! St. Lawrence Centre provides walkers with a safe, level surface and climate-controlled environment. Doors open at 6:00am Monday - Sunday. Walker's Club guidelines are available at the Customer Service Center. St. Lawrence Centre's Mall Walker's Club is sponsored in part by Massena Memorial Hospital.

Kids Club

If you are between the ages of 3–12 years, you can join St. Lawrence Centre’s Kids Club. As a member you’ll receive a Kids Club Membership card that must be presented when signing up or participating in any Kids Club event for promotion. Kids Club member(s) will also receive a FREE gift for your birthday; a discounted price for your birthday party package at the St. Lawrence Centre Arena; one Kids Club Member will receive a FREE birthday party package from St. Lawrence Centre Arena each month; and more benefits. The parent or guardian of the Kids Club member(s) will receive special e-mails informing them of Kids Day events and promotions. All Kids Club events and promotions will be listed on this website under events or posted at our Kids Club Information Centre, which is located near St. Lawrence Centre Arena.

Membership is FREE. To join the Kids Club visit the Customer Service Center during mall hours or the Mall Office Monday through Friday between 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Community Saturdays

The Community Saturdays program provides non-profit organizations with an opportunity to hold awareness activities and volunteer opportunities in the mall’s Community Booth, FREE of charge. The use of the Community Booth is scheduled on a first come, first-serve basis. Please contact the St. Lawrence Centre management office at 315-764-1001. Community Saturdays is sponsored by NorthCountryNow.

St. Lawrence Centre supports Raquette Valley Habitat for Humanity

St. Lawrence Centre has partnered with Raquette Valley Habitat for Humanity to work on elimination of poverty housing in our community. This is a part of national partnership between General Growth Properties, St. Lawrence Centre and Habitat for Humanity International. Shoppers are invited to participate in fundraising events, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities to benefit Raquette Valley Habitat for Humanity. Teen Board

St. Lawrence Centre Teen Board provides an opportunity for young men and women in high school to serve as ambassadors for St. Lawrence Centre by way of assisting in community events, marketing, public relations, and to communicate to St. Lawrence Centre management a general idea of what teens want to see happening at St. Lawrence Centre. Additionally, the Teen Board provides an opportunity for young men and women in high school to learn public relations, marketing, leadership and organizational skills.

To serve on the St. Lawrence Centre Teen Board, each member must meet the following criteria: be a public relations student at Massena Central High School or member of the Business Club at Franklin Academy; demonstrate academic excellence; display willingness and enthusiasm to participate; and exhibit a commitment to the program.

By the end of the academic year, a student from Massena Central High School and a student from Franklin Academy who demonstrates strong abilities and work ethics in the areas of public relations and marketing will receive a $750 scholarship from St. Lawrence Centre, in which Newswatch50 and 94.7 Hits FM sponsors. Additionally, Newswatch50, a sponsor of the St. Lawrence Centre Teen Board, will also feature the winners in a 30 second commercial, where the winner will have the opportunity to speak about his or her Teen Board experience.

St. Lawrence Centre Loyalty Programs

St. Lawrence Centre values you, its shoppers. To show appreciation for its valued shoppers, St. Lawrence Centre offers the following programs.

Loyalty Program - U.S. & Canadian Shoppers

1. Present your mall receipts from your day's purchases ($100.00 minimum) to a Customer Service Representative.
2. Show a valid U.S. or Canadian driver's license or government issued I.D.
3. Complete a customer survey.
4. Loyal U.S. shoppers will receive a $5.00 gift card from a Food Court merchant toward a free lunch, and Loyal Canadian shoppers will receive a free Seaway International Bridge Pass. All loyal shoppers will receive discounts and coupons.

Each month, 80 gift cards to St. Lawrence Centre Food Court merchants will be given to the first 80 U.S. shoppers, and 80 Seaway International Bridge passes will be given to the first 80 Canadian shoppers.

Bark Ave. & Meow Place

Help us find homes for adoptable animals.

St. Lawrence Centre is pleased to assist the Massena Humane Society in finding homes for adoptable animals through the Bark Ave. & Meow Place program. They are located next to Hallmark, and they will be open the first Sunday of every month from noon to 5:00 p.m. Visit Bark Ave. & Meow Place to find a furry friend to add to your family. Bark Ave & Meow Place….Encouraging the adoption of wet noses nationwide.
